L'objectif est d'\u00e9viter les surprises, et donc d'\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1585735539525\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Qu'est-ce que l'analyse prospective ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">L'analyse prospective est une analyse qui cherche \u00e0 anticiper l'avenir. <br\/>Stricto sensu, dans le monde anglophone, le terme \"foresight\" tend \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour des questions techniques, pour la R&amp;D et pour l'innovation technique. Elle fait partie de la grande famille des activit\u00e9s d'anticipation de la prospective strat\u00e9gique.<br\/>En fran\u00e7ais, la \"prospective\", la traduction du terme \"foresight\", correspond \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 scientifique qui s'attache \u00e0 l'anticipation de l'avenir. Elle s'appuie sur diverses m\u00e9thodologies et met l'accent sur la causalit\u00e9.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1585735724791\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Qu'est-ce que la pr\u00e9vision (\"forecasting\") ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">La pr\u00e9vision (\"forecasting\") fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l'utilisation de techniques quantitatives, notamment les statistiques, pour anticiper l'avenir.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1585735785461\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Pourquoi la prospective est-elle importante ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">La prospective est cruciale pour \u00e9viter les surprises, car celles-ci peuvent avoir des effets catastrophiques sur les objectifs. La prospective nous permet d'anticiper les menaces et les dangers. Nous pouvons ainsi prendre en temps utile les mesures ad\u00e9quates pour att\u00e9nuer l'impact de ces dangers. La prospective est le seul outil qui permette de se pr\u00e9parer, surtout lorsque l'incertitude r\u00e8gne. Enfin, la prospective permet de transformer l'incertitude et l'avenir en opportunit\u00e9s. La prospective est essentielle \u00e0 la survie et \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1585736025274\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Qu'est-ce que la gestion des risques ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">La gestion du risque est la gestion de \"l'effet de l'incertitude sur les objectifs\", selon la d\u00e9finition de l'Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO 31000:2018).
