					<description><![CDATA[<p>2013年9月15日，破坏者炸毁了连接北部也门油田和红海沿岸荷台达出口码头的管道。这是两个月内的第三次。与此同时，也门的政治生活也出现了美国无人机对 "阿拉伯半岛基地组织"（AQAP）武装分子的大量袭击。  10月18日，一支由武装和组织良好的伊斯兰武装分子组成的民兵队伍袭击了也门东南部的一个军事基地，在此之前发生了一起汽车炸弹自杀式袭击，造成五名士兵死亡。在接下来的两个星期里，针对政府和教派暴力的袭击和示威活动层出不穷，造成数十人死亡。与此同时，在海湾的另一边，也发生了一些事件。 </p>
