class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea1987\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u5979\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u6b27\u4e9a\u6218\u7565\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5173\u7cfb\u9886\u57df\u6df1\u8015\u4e09\u5341\u4f59\u5e74\uff1b\u8fd1\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5979\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u6218\u7565\u9884\u89c1\u4e0e\u65e9\u671f\u9884\u8b66\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u8bba\u521b\u65b0\u4e0e\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u5b89\u5168\u8bae\u9898\u3002 \u5176\u7814\u7a76\u59cb\u7ec8\u5f3a\u8c03<strong>\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u601d\u7ef4\u3001\u5f31\u4fe1\u53f7\u8bc6\u522b\u4e0e\u52a8\u6001\u60c5\u666f\u63a8\u6f14<\/strong>\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4ea6\u63a2\u7d22\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u3001\u91cf\u5b50\u4fe1\u606f\u79d1\u5b66\u5bf9\u6218\u7565\u9884\u8b66\u7684\u53d8\u9769\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5170\u535a\u58eb\u66fe\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u3001\u82f1\u56fd\u3001\u6bd4\u5229\u65f6\u53ca\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5341\u516d\u56fd\u6267\u884c\u4e13\u4e1a\u4efb\u52a1\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u8de8\u6587\u660e\u6218\u7565\u89c6\u89d2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5b66\u672f\u4e0e\u5b9e\u8df5\u4ea4\u6c47\u5904\uff0c\u5979\u957f\u671f\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u9ad8\u5c42\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u5236\u5316\u57f9\u8bad\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2009-2011\u5e74<\/strong>\uff0c\u5e94\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5357\u6d0b\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u62c9\u60f9\u52d2\u5357\u56fd\u9645\u7814\u7a76\u9662\uff08RSIS\uff09\u9080\u8bf7\uff0c\u4efb<strong>\u8bbf\u95ee\u9ad8\u7ea7\u7814\u7a76\u5458<\/strong>\uff08Visiting Senior Fellow\uff09\uff0c\u8bb2\u6388\u6218\u7565\u9884\u89c1\u4e0e\u9884\u8b66\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e2011\u5e74\u4e3e\u529e\u201c\u590d\u6742\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u6218\u7565\u9884\u89c1\u201d\u516c\u5f00\u8bb2\u5ea7\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u540c\u671f\uff0c\u53d7\u9080\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52a1\u5b66\u9662\uff08Civil Service College\uff09\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0e\u9886\u5bfc\u529b\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e3b\u8bb2\u300a\u6218\u7565\u7a81\u53d8\u7684\u9884\u89c1\u300b\u7cfb\u5217\u7814\u8ba8\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2015-2021\u5e74<\/strong>\uff0c\u5728\u5df4\u9ece\u653f\u6cbb\u5b66\u9662\u56fd\u9645\u4e8b\u52a1\u5b66\u9662\uff08Sciences Po-PSIA\uff09\u5f00\u8bbe\u300a\u5168\u7403\u98ce\u9669\u5206\u6790\u300b\u7855\u58eb\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u81ea 2020 \u5e74\u8d77<\/strong>\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6b27\u76df\u9879\u76ee\uff08CIVIPOL \/ EXPERTISE FRANCE\uff09\uff0c\u4e3a\u7a81\u5c3c\u65af\u5185\u653f\u90e8\u9ad8\u7ea7\u5b89\u5168\u5b66\u9662\uff08ESFSI\uff09\u3001\u53cd\u6050\u4e0e\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u72af\u7f6a\u5b89\u5168\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u56fd\u5bb6\u884c\u653f\u5b66\u9662\uff08ENA class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2006\u5e74\u5e95\u81f32007\u5e74\u521d<\/strong>\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u521d\u671f\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5176\u6218\u7565\u9884\u89c1\u4e0e\u9884\u8b66\u5728\u7ebf\u793e\u533a\u5efa\u8bbe\uff082007-2008\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2008-2011\u5e74<\/strong>\u4efb\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u4e13\u9898\u793e\u533a\u534f\u8c03\u5458\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2011-2013\u5e74<\/strong>\u664b\u5347\u4e3a<strong>\u9ad8\u7ea7\u79d1\u5b66\u987e\u95ee<\/strong>\uff08Senior Advisor\uff09\u3002<br>\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u6c47\u96c6\u591a\u56fd\u60c5\u62a5\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5728\u975e\u5bc6\u7ea7\u5c42\u9762\u5f00\u5c55\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002\u5979\u5c24\u4e3a\u73cd\u89c6\u8fd9\u4e00\u7ecf\u5386\u4e2d<strong>\u8de8\u6587\u5316\u6218\u7565\u6c9f\u901a\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u9ad8\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5<strong>\u9759\u9ed8\u503e\u542c\u3001\u4fe1\u4efb\u6784\u5efa\u4e0e\u5171\u8bc6\u5bfc\u5411<\/strong>\u63a8\u52a8\u65b9\u6cd5\u8bba\u534f\u540c\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u79cd\u201c\u8f6f\u6027\u534f\u8c03\u529b\u201d\uff0c\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\uff1a
